K-5th Fall Fun Trunk-or-Treat

Serve Foster Families and the kids they care for by creating and hosting a themed trunk for this Trunk-or-Treat! We would love for your family to bring your car to Summit on the day of niceSERVE with a decorated trunk, a game or fun activity and small prizes or candy to give out as we host this fun day out for the Foster families that are part of the Commission127 network. Summit partners with C127 to provide Care Communities to Foster and Adoptive families in our community.

This project is meant for families with elementary school aged children.

Foster Safe Spaces Kits and Cards

Kids in the Foster Care System will often transition into or out of a home with very few personal items and articles of clothing. The Foundation for Foster Children's Safe Spaces program aims to provide needed items to uplift the dignity of kids in foster care. Help collect new pajamas, day outfits, and encouraging cards for kids experiencing this type of hardship. This project is for K-5th children and their families.

This project with meet at 9:30 a.m. at the Herndon Campus.
